When delivering a PMO service, part of our job is to become an extension and force multiplier for our customers. We help manage the intricacies of the technical solutions being delivered, as well as the complexities involved in working within the Federal Government. We utilize industry leading processes such as PMBOK, SAFe, ITIL, CMMI and ISO to guide our delivery but are never beholden to any particular framework. Our goal of creating agile programs to achieve meaningful delivery and execution milestones allows us to better meet our customers’ needs while adjusting to address changing requirements.
We utilize a hands-on approach, assembling: a) clear definitions of stakeholder roles & responsibilities via agreed-upon RACI matrix, b) weekly tracking of risks and mitigations, focused on resolving all risks, c) weekly work breakdown structure tracking of tasks and completion, d) continuously iterating tasks to reflect changes in government requirements and e) regular IPR sessions with stakeholders to identify ideas and lessons learned, ensuring we are synchronized with government leaders on project progress, issues and completion dates.
